Jaelson:" I had an expectation at the beginning and now I see I got a lot more than I hoped. I am happy when I see that a colleague has gone well in testing, is very rewarding. There are many rules (meeting schedules, do not do a lot of absences, use the uniform, identification card, but this is a good exercise for future work. At the end of the meeting was very exciting because the boys did a surprise to two sisters to me and Bernard. They brought two cakes, one made by the mother of Jaelson, cakes and snacks, as well as drinks. Nobody expected it. The boys thanked us for the opportunity that we have offered and have been part of their lives. He was very excited and did not expect. We all started crying because in the end we spent a year with very rich and has established an excellent relationship.
